How to Register
Booth Pricing (All Vendors)
To create a more inclusive experience, booth pricing is now based on location, not vendor type. Choose from three options:

Craft Vendor Table Spaces
To support local artisans and small businesses, we’re offering table spaces at $800 for the entire weekend. This is a perfect opportunity for crafters and makers to showcasetheir work.
Business Promotion Tent
If you’re a sponsor, organization, or business looking to engage with the community through giveaways or brand promotions, you can reserve a Business Promotion Tentfor $3,000. Spaces are very limited, so don’t wait to sign up!
Participation Requirement
We ask that all vendors commit to participating for all four days of the event to ensure a vibrant and consistent experience for attendees.

Early Bird Registration
December 5, 2024 – February 1, 2025
Vendors who register during this period will get the chance to choose their booth location based on the order of deposit payment. You will receive a Number after your deposit payment is received by Taste Asia.
To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit is required:
Booth selection for Early Bird registrants will happen in early April.
Regular Registration
February 1, 2025 – March 15, 2025
Vendors who register after February 1 will have their booth assigned by Taste Asia in mid-April and will not have the option to select their own location.
Vendor spots will be limited during this period.

Temporary Event Permits
All vendors must submit their Temporary Event Permit by March 15th to ensure it is processed in time for the event.
