Booth Location Options

For Taste Asia 2025, we have the following booth options for all vendors to apply, which vary based on locations. Please check the eligibility and price in the application form.

  • Prime Spot: Located in high-traffic areas with maximum visibility and engagement opportunities.
  • Central Spot: Great positioning with steady foot traffic.
  • Standard Spot: Ideal for vendors looking to try out and gain experience.

Craft Vendor Table Spaces

To support local artisans and small businesses, we offer table spaces for the entire weekend. This is a perfect opportunity for crafters and makers to showcase their work.

Business Promotion Booth

If you’re a sponsor, organization, or business looking to engage with the community through giveaways or brand promotions, you can reserve a Business Promotion Booth. Spaces are very limited, Don’t wait to sign up!

Participation Requirement

We ask that all vendors commit to participating for all four days of the event to ensure a vibrant and consistent experience for attendees.

How to Register?

Signup for:

Early Bird Registration

December 5, 2024 – February 1, 2025

Vendors who register during this period will get the chance to choose their booth location based on the order of deposit payment. You will receive a number after your deposit payment is received by Taste Asia.

To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit is required:

  • The remaining deposit will be taken once your booth selection is completed.
  • Booth selection for Early Bird registrants will happen in early April.

Regular Registration

February 1, 2025 – March 15, 2025

Vendors who register after February 1 will have their booth assigned by Taste Asia in mid-April and will not have the option to select their location.

Vendor spots will be limited during this period.

To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit is required:

  • The remaining deposit will be taken once your booth is assigned.

Temporary Event Permits

All food vendors must submit their Temporary Event Permit by March 15th to ensure it is processed in time for the event.
