Dear Community Members,

As a volunteer, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of the event, including but not limited to:

• Event Setup and Decoration: Assist with setting up booths, decorations, and signage to create an inviting atmosphere for attendees.
• Vendor Support: Help vendors with setup, restocking, and ensuring they have everything they need to showcase their culinary creations.
• Guest Services: Welcome guests, provide information about the festival, and assist with any inquiries or special requests.
• Stage Management: Support performers and speakers by ensuring they have the necessary equipment and stage assistance during their presentations.
• Cleanup Crew: Help maintain cleanliness throughout the festival grounds to ensure a pleasant experience for all attendees.
• Street crew: help with directions to different booths and vendors.
• Fridge truck crew: Make sure vendors sign in and sign out of their food ingredients from the cold storage.

Whether you are passionate about Asian culture, interested in event management, or simply enjoy lending a helping hand, we welcome volunteers of all backgrounds and experiences.
